synthetic material no privacy
the staff were very helpful, which i suppose is a plus.
The floor was a strange synthetic material in the room. it felt a bit sticky and i wasn't sure how well it was cleaned (i might be a germaphobe). also, the bathroom wasn't properly separated from the rest of the room. Privacy wasn't exactly a priority, apparently.

The front desk staff was friendly. They seem genuinely helpful. The coffee offered was excellent. I rate it five stars.
My room layout was strange. Everything felt too close. The shower separated from the toilet. The sink sat in the room center. The room also lacked things I needed. Items such as a can opener and instant coffee were absent.

Excellent stay near Plaza Mayor
clean room kind staff good location fun bars
i found a very clean room. the hotel staff were very kind. i appreciated the good location with a short walk to the plaza mayor. the neighborhood had fun bars and restaurants.
the room layout felt a little strange, everything was too close together.

the premises offer a solution on the bathroom with separate toilet and shower rooms. a fridge and a safe are also available in the room, this is a detail that can be useful for a long stay.

polite staff great value dark room separate bathroom
the staff was polite and spoke english well. the location had walkability to major destinations. i found this a great value.
the room was big and clean but it was dark. the bathroom was not separate from the room. i did not feel it was good value.

The staff was very helpful and kind. My room was quite clean. I really liked the central location, it was convenient.
